At bonprix, Corporate Communications and HR are closely interlinked. As Service Providers for our organization, we are part of the People & Organisation Team, a European Core Function led by Jörg Engelhardt. Other than in most companies, HR and Comms are one entity and Employer Branding is part of the Corporate Comms Department as we address similar Stakeholders with similar topics/ messages. In this session, you will learn about the many advantages this organizational setup brings with it and will be able to ask all the questions you might have regarding this innovative org structure.
