The government-wide intranet Rijksportaal is renewed in 2021. And like for a lot of intranets ownership (also for shared content) is not always clear. Rijksportaal is potentially for 120.000 employees and has editors from 10+ organizations, with all their different ways of working. It is about time to take the lead. But who should do this?
