We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between ValueIntranet and Advatera, bringing even more value to our members! This partnership is a win-win for both communities, unlocking exciting new opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

ValueIntranet is a well-established Belgium based professional community focused on digital workplace, intranet best practices, and knowledge-sharing among industry experts and organizes the yearly Brussels Digital Workplace Conference, with its next edition taking place on September 30, 2025.

Advatera is a renowned networking and knowledge-sharing organization, connecting communications, marketing and digital professionals across Europe through member meetings, benchmarking and conferences in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and France.

What This Means for You:

For ValueIntranet Members:

Everything stays the same—except for invoicing, which will be handled by Advatera going forward. The core structure of the ValueIntranet groups remains unchanged. All existing meetings, pricing, and membership benefits for 2025 continue as before. The only difference? You now get even more value with additional access to Advatera’s European network!

• Your current membership stays: Same structure, same meetings, same pricing!
• All ValueIntranet group meetings stay the same, moderated by Guy Van Leemput in 2025 and likely beyond.
• You now have full access to Advatera’s extensive network across Europe! For example if you miss a ValueIntranet meeting in Belgium, you can attend an Advatera meeting in the Netherlands instead!
• Advatera offers in addition to the on-site meetings also monthly 1-hour online sessions on specific topics, and you are invited to join them too.
• If you happen to have team members abroad, they can also participate in local Advatera groups in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and the UK.
• Enjoy free access to the Advatera Digital Leadership Forum in Vienna on November 3-4, 2025. Either on-site in Vienna or via the online stream.
• Of course you have also free access to the Brussels Digital Workplace Conference, September 30th as you are used to.
• From 2026 onwards, the meetings and the conference will run under the brand of Advatera.

For Advatera Members:

• You can now attend the Brussels Digital Workplace Conference on September 30, 2025, at no additional cost.
• Gain access to the ValueIntranet member meetings in Belgium as part of your membership, especially interesting for members from the Netherlands.

While the membership and conference will be managed by Advatera as of 2026, Guy Van Leemput will continue to offer consulting services under the ValueIntranet brand independently.
