Angela Rossiter, Global Intranet Manager, will provide an insight into how a global, magic circle law firm has recently developed and implemented their intranet to support lawyers more effectively find, search and access the information and knowhow they need, share knowledge, and improve business efficiency.
Angela joined Linklaters in their headquarters in London in 2010 as their Global Intranet Manager. Since joining, she has led the development and implementation of a new Intranet platform as well as the consolidation, migration and decommissioning of a number of legacy platforms. Angela leads and manages activities to ensure the strategic evolution, and operational development and management of the intranet, including the use of social media to aid collaboration. Angela also chairs the firm’s Intranet Management Group as part of their intranet governance framework. Her role involves working with all practice areas and Business Services functions globally, and driving forward user adoption and engagement.
