Richard joined Balfour Beatty to establish the employee communication team, having previously worked in public and private sector communications roles. He works with senior leaders and colleagues in the wider Communications team providing expert communications advice and ensuring successful delivery of communications to a wide range of audiences to support Balfour Beatty’s business objectives.
