In commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) last year, we undertook several noteworthy projects. These included the implementation of a new Drupal 9 website, alongside a migration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and the introduction of an online community platform. We will look at how we managed multiple large-scale projects, explore the new features that were implemented, and look at how we addressed the challenges we encountered, with a particular focus on the new Drupal 9 website.
