Astrid has 25+ years of experience in online marketing, also in her current role at Austrian Airlines, and 20+ years in yoga and Buddhist meditation. She founded Chill the Monkey, a yoga and meditation programme with the goal of supporting people in bringing serenity, clarity and joy into their lives.
