Chloé started her career in the waste management sector, then moved into the closely related energy sector when she joined ENGIE in 2013.

She worked on transformational and ermging topics that have a strong impact on a company’s culture and business : Sustainable Development, Customer Experience and now Employee Engagement.

Chloé’s ambition is to enable each ENGIE employee to become a player in the Group Strategy through very concrete projects such as i-DEAL, ENGIE’s internal crowdlending platform.

March 15 and 16, 2021 will be our 8th edition of the Digital Leadership Forum. Since we believe that business travel will continue to be difficult early 2021, we are planning a virtual edition. In October 2021 we are planning the 9th edition, which will most likely be a physical event in Vienna.
