Digital Comms, Hybrid Work, Digital Workplace Geneva

English speaking
23. August 2022, 9:30 - 16:00 (Amsterdam/Berlin/Vienna/Zurich)
FIND, Geneva, Switzerland

Topics include

  • Digital transformation of internal communications to support a shift to hybrid working at FIND
    • Following the pandemic, our organization has made the decision to adopt a hybrid working model, and a policy for this is in development. To support the shift to hybrid, we have been driving a transformation of our internal communications practices, to bring together and engage colleagues from offices and remote locations around the world. SharePoint was implemented in our organization some years ago but has historically been used as a file repository only. MS Teams was introduced during the pandemic but is primarily used for chat. We are in the process of evolving and integrating our internal communications channels, for example setting up department wiki sites on SharePoint, integrating SharePoint with MS Teams, and setting up channels within MS Teams. This is revealing a need for a significant culture shift in an organization that has traditionally relied heavily on emails and a file server.

    • Website – how we link internal and external information
  • Digital Workplace case studies
    • Short insights into the award winning intranet from UNICEF
  • Employee app vs. Teams app vs. other solutions
  • How can we strengthen employee bonding with the company, especially in the new hybrid world of work.
  • Digital communications in B2B, data-driven content decisions
    • Bart Szlazkiewicz, Associate Director Digital Marketing at Tecan
  • Organisation and coordination in communication – creating synergies, involving, bundling
